Roblox for some reason decided to take down one of my tracks, Neocatharsis, from the platform due to a "copyright violation", when I'm the one that uploaded it, created it, and own most if not all the rights to it.
This makes absolutely zero sense because if I'm correct, NONE of my tracks have content ID attached. They don't appear in the description of videos nor should they show up in copyright notices by content ID, as stated by the manager of the label. There's little to no restrictions on how people use my music, everyone is free to use my tracks in their games, videos, almost whatever it may be as long as I am given proper credit and it's not involved in any scheme that harms anyone in any way.
I tried getting to them to let them know it was an error and all I got was them repeating the issue I was trying to appeal, then after my 2nd reply they straight said they give up and cannot give anymore responses.
This is why I hate copyright sometimes. It's convoluted enough to cause a mess that shouldn't be happening as far as content usage goes.
Speaking of which, the form to manage global audio licensing is broken (won't stop saying ERROR - Missing required values) so I have to manually do it on each one of my tracks which is just.. ugh.
